Is it a marketplace?
No. Provodnik helps you build a direct business. Guests contact you; brand, contacts and payment method stay yours. Marketplaces can remain an acquisition channel — we build the direct side.
Does Provodnik hold guest money?
No. Traveler payment goes directly to the guide. The product stores instructions and operational status only.
Does the traveler need an account?
Not for the first inquiry. Public request works without traveler signup.
